Dave and his team have been great. Dave gave us a great trade in value for our motorhome and tow car on a new 2024 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108 DS travel trailer. The trailer was clean and tidy on the day we went to pick it up and Frank was great with us during the demo, including showing us how the Blue Ox weight distribution hitch works. I submitted a couple of follow-up information inquiries in the days that followed, and they were answered promptly. Looking forward to using our new trailer and a lasting relationship with Smithville RV.

Dave and staff are outstanding. When we went to look at trailers they went out of their way to show us everything we we’re looking for, we found one we liked and they made sure everything was perfect when we picked it up. They are the best customer care in the business. Like all RVs we had a few problems that were out of their control and handled the problems promptly. They go beyond great service to make sure everything was fixed properly. Also they are fast at contacting the manufacturer for warranty repairs. Highly recommend them when you’re looking to purchase a new RV.

After being given the ru around at other local rv dealerships around Barrie we found Smithville RV on Google and they had exactly what we we're looking for so we bought it . We drove there the 2nd time for our walk thru and wow Dave is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of his products and the trailers. We were honestly given their full attention and it didn't matter what questions I asked It wasn't treated as a dumb question. I just wanted to say it was an absolute pleasure buying our Outback trailer from Smithville RV, Dave was very accommodating, gave us a fair trade for our used trailer, upon picking up our new trailer we had a orientation with... I can’t remember his name, but was very informative. Had one small issue with our new trailer which was quickly rectified, Dave came to our house picked up the trailer, his tech people fixed and Dave delivered the trailer back to me. What service!
